Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please note that you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. If you do not receive your tracking code by email, please contact us.
The deadline to make your return is 60 calendar days after receiving the order, regardless of the reason, whether regret, withdrawal, defective product, size, dissatisfaction or any other reason.
IMPORTANT: Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
Diana James will cover all shipping costs for returns, regardless of the reason. Customers may return products for any reason, including regret, size issues, or dissatisfaction, and will not incur any shipping charges.
All returns to Diana James must be communicated in advance via email. Products returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
Diana James exchange and return policy is very similar to that of a physical store, so the pieces must have packaging, labels and seals intact; unwashed and unworn, odor-free and stain-free. The product must not have been used or damaged.
If Diana James understands that the returned product does not meet the above criteria, the online store is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. We can then send the product back to the customer, without prior consultation, accompanied by the justification for the refusal.
